Under the daily guidance of Executive Chef David Kinch, Manresa offers one of the finest dining experiences this country has to offer.

David Kinch, who bested celebrity chef Bobby Flay on Iron Chef America in March 2009, is at the forefront of contemporary California cuisine. For his elegantly plated dishes, rich with skillfully woven flavors and artistic flair, Kinch draws on influences from French and modern Spanish Catalan cooking, American ingenuity and California’s bounty.

Kinch’s philosophy that a chef is only as good as the ingredients he works with is showcased brilliantly in an exclusive partnership with Love Apple Farm, an organic local producer in Santa Cruz. Biodynamic ingredients are grown at the farm and harvested each morning for the evening dinner service, adding an uncommon element of the freshest produce available to the daily-changing menu.

Manresa restaurant's ambience is relaxed, contemporary and possessed of a subdued elegance and charm. The service is impeccable. Most notably, the gastronomical experience is phenomenal, with the option of indulging in the Chef’s Tasting Menu or creating a menu of four courses with wine pairings suggested by the sommelier. Equally well-crafted vegetarian dishes are also available.

Manresa serves dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30 to 9:30pm. The Fireplace Room seats 10-26 guests for private dining and special events. Outdoor dining on the patio is available during warm weather months. Unlike most other Los Gatos restaurants, reservations are required.
