Tis the season for Holiday parties, whether it’s with friends or co-workers. More times than not, the party’s host may ask those invited to contribute a dish or something to nibble on. For those who are afflicted with a sweet tooth, Sur la Table has an event catering to such a marvelous maladay that inspires those with a penchant for sugary delights to create their own decadent confections.
On Saturday, December 10th, from 10:30am to 12:30pm, Sur la Table will present an educational course to instuct participants on the dos and don’ts of proper preparation and presentation of Holiday-themed desserts. It’s also a great opportunity for students to not only learn new recipes but also overhaul and update desserts that have long been a part of aspiring chefs’ repertoires.
The cost is $69 per student and all participants must be 16 years of age or older.
