Oak Meadow Park is a popular destination for families to frolic on the playground, toss a Frisbee on the expansive green field or take a ride on the Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad.

Since 2008, the park undergoes a transformation every weekend in October when it becomes Goblyns Glen—the legendary hamlet where some say Halloween began.

Children of all ages are encouraged to venture to the park and see the fiendish fun that awaits, including spectral characters roaming through the Glen, trick-or-treating, delicious snacks and a train ride that plunges its passengers into the paranormal world. While some attractions might give the faint of heart a shriek or two, it’s an event that is meant for the entire family to enjoy.

In addition to the ghostly goings-on every weekend, Goblyns Glen will feature balloon artists, Patrick the Magician, a puppet show, a Goblyn Grub dinner and more on Saturday, October 29th.

Tickets are available at the door but are also sold at The Los Gatos Company in downtown Los Gatos.
