In a bid to raise money, the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors has decided to sell off two major properties in Los Gatos, with a total value of $9.2 million.

In a bid to raise money, the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors has decided to sell off two major properties in Los Gatos, with a total value of $9.2 million. The first, larger property is the former Los Gatos Clinic at 375 Knowles Drive and the adjacent lot. Together, the properties occupy 3.34 acres, including a 6,200 square-foot single-story structure. The minimum asking bid for the property is $5,529,000.

The second property, at 14205 Capri Drive, is the former Los Gatos Courthouse, a 12,500 square-foot single-story structure situated on a 1.81 acre lot. The minimum asking price for the property is $3,700,000.

Bids on either or both properties and proposals for development must be submitted by November 29. The County Office of Asset and Economic Development will then review the bids and submit the highest one to the Board of Supervisors for consideration.
